OUR MISSION:
“To provide valuable resources to marginalized ethnic, cultural, and linguistically diverse individuals and families residing in North County.“
North County Outreach Collaborative or NCOC is a San Mateo County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services partnership between Asian American Recovery Services, Pacifica Resource Center, Daly City Partnership, StarVista, and the Daly City Youth Center in an effort to provide valuable resources to marginalized ethnic, cultural, and linguistically diverse individuals and families residing in North County (Daly City, Broadmoor, Pacifica, Colma, Brisbane, Millbrae, San Bruno, and South San Francisco).

Through this partnership we focus on providing culturally appropriate outreach at community events, assistance with insurance enrollment, parent classes, and conduct needs assessments. Another focus is on community wide awareness campaigns, education and training to reduce stigma, including self-stigma and discrimination related to being diagnosed with a mental illness, substance abuse disorder, or help–seeking behaviors.
