Nani is the heart and soul of the Community Outreach Team. For over a decade Nani has enriched the lives of people in North San Mateo County (NSMC) and beyond.
Currently, Nani is Project Supervisor for The Essence of MANA, a program that aims to increase awareness of mental health issues, reduce stigma and create access to care and services among the Pacific Islander population. Nani believes that through conversation, education and resource building, all parts of the family can begin a healing process to wellness.
